In 2019-20, Mrs. Jayanti was selected for tailoring IGA through VDC members despite having limited tailoring management skills. Mr. Venketaswara Kanta CRP and the FNGO team, in collaboration with Shakti Organization, have shown keen interest in promoting sustainable livelihood programs. With support from Shakti NGO, they seized the opportunity through AWBP-2020-21 to promote Agriculture programs, focusing on the cultivation of G-9 Variety banana clusters at the VDC level. VDC members enlisted farmers for AWBP, providing them with Tissue Culture G-9 Variety banana saplings and Bio-fertilizers through Hatipadar Gramya Unyana Sangha. Shakti NGO has provided technical assistance to farmers, including guidance on planting methods, plant measurements, and technical practices, enhancing their sustainable livelihoods
