The Executive Body of SHAKTI has development practitioners, academicians and professionals from the field of Management and Law. Presently it has 07 members. The top most decision-making body in SHAKTI is its Executive Body. The Executive Body has all the necessary power to carry out the objectives of the organization and for the management of its affairs.

The Executive Body is elected from the General Body. The Executive Body has developed by-laws to guide the functioning, roles and responsibilities of the members as well as the organisation. The members of the Executive Body hold office for a period of 4 years at a time and that period will end always with the conclusion of an Annual General Body Meeting.
